Who is eligible to shop Eden Wholesale?

Eden Wholesale is a restricted-access platform available only to verified retail businesses and approved partners. Personal orders are strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate account ban. Sharing login credentials with unapproved third parties is a violation of our Terms and will also lead to permanent access revocation.

What is your return and refund policy?

All wholesale sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the issue along with your order number when reaching out to wholesale@edendistro.com.

What are your payment policies?

We accept credit card payments for orders up to $2,000. Orders exceeding this limit must be paid via wire transfer prior to shipment. Payment instructions for wire transfers will be provided at checkout or upon order confirmation.

How are wholesale orders shipped?

All wholesale orders are shipped via UPS using our dedicated Hemp shipping account with express services. Adult signature is required for all deliveries — no exceptions. Tracking details will be emailed as soon as your order leaves our facility.

How are products packaged?

All hemp flower is shipped in bulk, by the pound, and packaged in triple vacuum-sealed, 6-mil thick barrier bags to maintain freshness, control odor, and protect quality during transit. Packaging is plain and unbranded for discreet delivery to retail businesses.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Wholesale orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Shipping timelines may vary slightly during high-volume periods, but we always prioritize speed and accuracy.

Do you restock sold out strains?

Our inventory changes frequently based on seasonal harvests and availability. Many strains are limited edition and may not return once sold out. We encourage wholesale customers to sign up for our newsletter to receive restock alerts, new strain announcements, and exclusive wholesale updates. You can also check our live catalog anytime to see what’s currently available.

Can I place a personal order through Eden Wholesale?

No. Personal use orders are not permitted. Eden Wholesale is intended exclusively for business-to-business (B2B) transactions. Orders flagged as personal will be cancelled and the account responsible may be permanently banned.

What happens if I share my account or login details?

Sharing your Eden Wholesale login credentials is strictly prohibited. Any account found to be shared or misused will be permanently disabled. Access to the wholesale portal is granted to approved businesses only.

Where can I view product COAs?

Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available directly on each product page. These are issued by DEA-licensed third-party laboratories and verify the potency and purity of each batch.
