Account Management

Wholesale access is granted only to verified retail partners. By registering an account, you affirm that you are an authorized representative of a licensed business. Personal use accounts are strictly prohibited. Sharing your login credentials or accessing the site on behalf of an unauthorized business will result in immediate account termination and a permanent ban from our platform.

Product Acknowledgment

Eden offers hemp-derived products, including THCa flower, exclusively to approved wholesale customers who are 21+ and operate legally. It is your responsibility to ensure that products are lawful in your jurisdiction. Our products are not evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Payment Terms

Eden accepts credit card payments for orders valued at $2,000 or less. Orders exceeding this amount must be paid via wire transfer prior to shipment. All sales are final. Refunds are granted only in the case of defective, damaged, or incorrect products and at Eden’s discretion.

Shipping & Fulfillment

All wholesale orders are shipped via UPS through Eden’s dedicated hemp shipping account. Adult signature is required upon delivery. Processing times are typically within 1 business day, though delays may occur during periods of high volume.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Eden’s wholesale platform for any personal orders or for redistribution to unauthorized retailers. You also may not share access to your account with other businesses or individuals. Any violations will result in a permanent ban and potential legal action.

Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, product designs, and photography are the exclusive intellectual property of Eden Distro LLC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification is strictly prohibited.

Errors & Omissions

Eden reserves the right to correct errors in product descriptions, pricing, and availability without prior notice. We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but unintentional errors may occur.

Age Requirements

Eden's services and products are intended for individuals 21 years of age or older who represent legally recognized businesses. We do not knowingly allow access to minors or individuals operating outside of legal business requirements.

Limitation of Liability

Eden’s liability for any claim related to our products or services shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. All products are sold “as is” and without warranties of any kind.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Eden Distro LLC, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal fees resulting from your use of the site or violation of these Terms.

Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration administered by NAM in Wake County, North Carolina, under North Carolina law. By using Eden’s services, you waive the right to a jury trial and agree to resolve disputes individually (no class actions).

Modifications to These Terms

Eden reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of Eden’s services indicates your acceptance of any changes.
